It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Michael Lee Hansen, age 66, of Cordova, Tennessee, who left this world unexpectedly on July 21, 2025. Born on February 21, 1959, in San Francisco, California,
After proudly serving in the U.S. Navy for four years, Michael returned to civilian life, where he demonstrated his entrepreneurial spirit by founding his own lawn care company, Ultra Green Lawncare. He loved his dog Snooper, whom he was sad when he passed on before him.
Michael is survived by his niece, Jaclyn Houston (Johnathan), sister-in-law, Teresa Hansen. He is preceded in death by his parents Anna Hamra and Michael Hansen Sr, his brother Patrick Hansen.
In honor of Michael's life and legacy, burial services will be held at Glenfield Funeral Home & Cemeteries on August 1, 2025. The graveside service is scheduled to begin at 10:00 AM. Friends, family, are invited to join us in remembering Michael.
He will be deeply missed, but his spirit will forever remain in the memories of those who loved him.
