Michael brightened our lives! He came to our home to help care for Carl and Roberta Fischer. He always greeted us warmly at church and I know I will see him in heaven.

Michael was one of my oldest brother Don's little brothers. I've known him my whole life and he was always fun to be around. He had such a Heavenly spirit and an amazing person. A great basketball player that was easy to guard cause all you had to do was tell him a funny joke and he was done for for the rest of the game lol my heart is broken and to be honest it still hasn't sunk in yet. My prayers, love and condolences go out to the family.

Michael was born in LA, and I was able to be there for his birth. After they moved back home to Louisville KY, mostly everyone came home that was in CA. The boys would spend nights, weeks it didn't matter because I loved when my boys would come over. One day Mickey and I took the kids to school and he saw 2 kittens and wanted to keep them both. I'm not animal friendly but Mickey was so convincing that I/he put them both in car with us, and home they stayed for years. He loved the 2 kittens and we all got a custom to them. My kids thought I had lost my mind. Our home has always been their home. Mickey is home now, I'll see later Mickey.

Mike was a good family friend and brother to me. He was always concerned about me always caring and asking how I was doing. I decided to go see his parents not long ago and here comes Michael smiling and in such good spirits as always. Giving me a big hug. Mikey's kindness, caring and loving spirit was just what I needed. From the first day I met the Harris family He and all of them made me feel nothing less than family. So when I heard this tragic news I knew I had to honor my brother. My brother Mike Harris you will truly be missed. Our hearts and prayers our with your Wife ,children and our family. Love you always

MICHAEL WAS A MEMBER AT THE TIME WE MET. HIS MOM WAS THE COOK FOR OUR DINNERS AT HIGHVIEW BAPTIST.CHURCH. MICHAEL WAS SO KIND AND ALWAYS WAS WILLING TO HELP. OF COURSE HE WAS A YOUNGER LAD AT THAT TIME BUT WOULD COME TO THE GYM TO PLAY BASKETBALL. I WILL BE PRAYING FOR THE ENTIRE FAMILY DURING THIS TIME.
