Michael Hermanns Obituary
August 11, 1959 – January 12, 2017
Mike left us all too soon at the age of 57. He was born in New York, raised in Southern California and he moved to Truckee in 1991, where for many years he was able to enjoy two of his favorite pastimes, camping and fishing with his beloved dog, Bentley, who passed away in 2008.
He is survived by his parents, brothers and sister, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephew, and will be greatly missed by them and his friends, the Brown family.
He leaves behind his two best friends and loyal companions, his dogs, Simone and Bentley Jr. (BJ). They were his world and he loved them very much.
Funeral services will be private. If you would like to honor Mike, catch a fish from the river in the spring or give your pets some extra love. Donations to the Humane Society of Truckee-Tahoe are also welcome at: https://donatenow.networkforgood.org/hstt
