Michael Leo Holliday, 67, passed away on Monday, November 20, 2023. He was born to James George and Fern Laura Hanson Holliday in Ogden, Utah on March 2, 1956. He graduated from Ogden High School and was proud to be an Ogden High Shag Boy.
Mike married Roxanne Nagel on June 21, 1985, in Evanston, WY they were later sealed in the Ogden Temple.
He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Mike was a member of the Operating Engineers Union, worked in Utah and California on our Roads, Highways and Pipelines. He loved working for M. Morrin and Sons Construction and was Superintendent at Fife Rock Products for many years.
He enjoyed golfing, fishing, hunting, boating, and 4-wheeling at the Sand Dunes.
Mike is survived by his wife, Roxanne; daughter, Carlee Holliday (John Noel); granddaughter, Sarah Loddy; brother, James Carl (Ginger) Holliday; his in-laws, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Megan Holliday; mother; father; sister, Judy Holliday Hunter; and various other relatives.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Friends may visit with family on Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday from 10 to 10:30 a.m. at the mortuary. Interment, Hooper City Cemetery.
