Michael was born on October 17, 1953. He is preceded in death by his parents, Fountain Brooks & Mary Irene Kelsey. He was a self-employed skilled "handyman", a veteran of the U.S. Army, and he loved the Lord.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, Carlos Kelsey.
Survivors include sister-in-law, Rosalie Kelsey; niece, Karla McGlashan; great-niece and great-nephew, Meredith & Seth McGlashan; and other loving extended family members.
