On May 19, 2022 the Lord welcomed Michael Anthony Knight into his loving arms. Michael was born on August 5,1966 in Hampton Virginia. Michael attended Hampton city schools and received his welder trade. Michael was blessed with so many talents of fishing, cooking, welding, and car maintenance he was a book of all trades with unconditional love in his heart. He graduated from Job Corp where he received his trade in welding. He was a welder for almost 35 years.
Michael was preceded in death by his parents Robert Lee Knight and Albertha Lee Knight, his brother Robert Lee Knight Jr, his brother Joseph Knight and his baby brother Lorenzo Maurice Knight.
Michael is survived by marriage Sharon Knight, 4 children Christina Brayboy(Carlos), Michael Allen(Ebony), Lucas Knight, and Kayla Knight, Michael also survived by 7 grandchildren Jeana Torres, Emani Allen, Gabriella Torres, Michael Allen Jr., Gianna Peake, Constantino Peake and Nova Allen, 4 brothers Marshall Knight (Kathy), Alvin Knight, Tony Knight and his baby brother Kevin Knight and 7 sisters Deloris Wallace(Aaron), Shirley Gloege(John), Doretha Knight, Patricia Knight, Brenda Copeland(Joseph), Angela Crayton, and his baby sister Katrina Scott(John) and 84 nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. He will always be loved and missed.
Viewing will be held Friday, May 27, 2022 from Noon until 6:00 pm at Cooke Bros. Funeral Chapel. A funeral service will be held 11:00 am, Saturday, May 28, 2022 at the funeral chapel.
