Michael A. Lapsevich

1957 - 2021

, age 63, of Mentor-on-the-Lake, passed away March 21, 2021. He was born in Euclid, on November 28, 1957. He was a proud and loving significant other, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, and cherished friend. A tremendous loss is felt by all of those who were blessed and honored to know him. Michael is survived by his children Andrew (Meg) Lapsevich, Taylor Lapsevich, Brooke (Conner) Matson, and Bailey Lapsevich, grandchildren Vincent, Anthony, Logan, Ben, Hank, Alexander and a baby girl on the way, mother Rose Lapsevich (nee Simunich). He also leaves behind his significant other of 13 years, Kathy Culmer and her children Lisa and Lindsey and her grandchildren RJ, Hudson, Leo, Mateo, Jackson, Grayson, and Karlo. His sisters Ann (William) Lahiff and Mary Lapsevich, niece Shannon, nephews Brian and Kevin. He was preceded in death by his father Adam Lapsevich and grandson Nathan Matson. Visitation will be on Sunday, March 28, 2021 from 2 to 6pm at Monreal Srnick Funeral Home, 35400 Curtis Blvd., Eastlake. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, March 29, 2021 at 11am also at the funeral home. Burial to follow at Northlawn Memorial Gardens. In Cuyahoga Falls.
