Michael Botsacos Laufer, 27, of Southington, passed away at his home on Friday, May 24, 2024.
Michael was born in Farmington on July 6, 1996. He was the kindest, most caring person in the world. He loved his family more than anything and never forgot a birthday, Mother’s Day or Father’s Day, always making the day important. He loved to go antiquing, loved crafting and decorating the home he shared with his husband, Ryan and their beloved dog, Obie. Michael touched the lives of everyone he knew and he will be sadly missed.
Michael leaves behind his husband, Ryan Laufer, his parents, Jim Botsacos (Tracie), Kathleen Botsacos (Chris), his sister, Jennifer Botsacos (Mark) and his beloved nephews, Jax Bronson and Eli Robert. He is also survived by his maternal grandparents, Nick and MaryBeth Samela of Little River, SC and paternal grandparents, Cher Collins of Southington and Nick Botsacos (Diane) of Southington and many aunts, uncles, cousins and his best friend, Ryann Snodgrass. Michael was predeceased by his aunt, Missy Botsacos.
