Michael LeCoq Obituary
Funeral services will be held Friday, September 13, 2024 at 2:00 pm in the Sunrise Chapel at Walters Funeral Home for Michael Wayne LeCoq, 69, who passed away September 10, 2024. Deacon Art Bakeler will conduct the funeral services. Interment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
Survivors include three daughters, Alisha Babin and her husband Christopher, Andrea Miller and her husband Chance, and Addie David and her husband Jason; one son, Seth LeCoq and his significant other Alexa Crosby; one brother, Ralph David LeCoq and his wife Rachel; and eight grandchildren, Kadin David, Austin David, Collin Miller, Noah Miller, Andromeda-Emma Lopez, Brielle LeCoq, Baylor LeCoq, and Asher Ritzma; and Nancy Deshotel LeCoq, the mother of his children.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Betty H. and Ralph LeCoq.
Michael was a native of Eunice and resident of Scott for most of his life. He was a member of the United States Army.
Pallbearers will be Seth LeCoq, Kadin David, Austin David, Jason David, Chance Miller, and Christopher Babin. Honorary pallbearers include Collin Miller, Noah Miller, Baylor LeCoq, and Asher Ritzma.
The family requests that visitation be held between the hours of 11:00 am - 2:00 pm. on Friday.
His children would like to extend their gratitude for the exceptional care given at Amelia Manor Nursing Home.
