Michael Longo Obituary

Michael was preceded in death by his mother, Donna Mathisen, and is survived by his stepfather, James Mathisen; his father and stepmother, Peter and Leone Longo; siblings Matthew and Cristin Longo, Maegan and Sean McIntyre, Timothy and Katey Longo, and Stephen Longo; as well as his beloved nieces and nephews, Connor and Paeton McIntyre, Sofia Field, and Charlie and Hayes Longo.
Born in Rhode Island, Michael moved with his family to South Florida at a young age. He excelled in football, and wrestling. After attending college in Hanover Indiana, he proudly enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 1994.
Michael will be remembered for his love of music, fishing, and his impeccable sense of style.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30, at Craig Funeral Home from 5:00–7:00 PM with a prayer service starting at 5pm and a Funeral Mass will follow on Wednesday, October 1, at 9:00 AM at the Cathedral Basilica of St. Augustine.
