Michael is survived by his children: Jeremy Maddox of Parksville and Katrina Maddox of Boyle County and their mother, Mary Cress of Junction City; brothers, Marty (Donna) Maddox of Stanford and Ronnie (Michelle) Maddox of Gravel Switch; grandchildren: Michael Linder and Corey Maddox; niece, Pam (Cody) Orberson of Gravel Switch; and nephews: Alan (Kayla) Boyd of Parksville, Chris Manning of Gravel Switch, and Jonathan (Harley) Maddox of Gravel Switch.
No public services are scheduled at this time. Memorial Contributions suggested to W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home to help cover expenses.
