Michael Frank Marrufo, 39 years old. Passed away on July 18th, 2023, in Bakersfield, California. He was born on February 17th, 1984, in Bakersfield, California, to Frank and Maria Marrufo.
Michael grew up in Bakersfield but also had family in Wasco, CA. There he went to Catholic school and made many childhood memories. Michael lived with his father frank Marrufo and spent most of his time at his Grandparents, John, and Carmen Marrufos home. Located off Tate Street and Pioneer Drive in Bakersfield, CA. Where his days were spent hanging out with cousins and surrounded by his family. He also attended Foothill High School.
Michael married his wife Jennifer Marrufo on 03/02/2018 "32" in Bakersfield California and it changed their lives for the better. Their marriage was full of love, and they shared an unbreakable bond. Up until his very last conversation with her, where he expressed how much he loved her and their children. His last words to her were "Beautiful as Always."
Michael is survived by his mother Maria Marrufo and her husband Daniel Manning; wife Jennifer Marufo; his daughters Alexis and Gianna; Sons Vincent and Aaron; His one and only sister Annmarie Benavidez who he cherished; his brother-in-law Sal Benavidez; his nephews Manuel Gamboa and Sebastain Downum; nieces Adriana Zavala, Nicole Gamboa, Carisa Gamboa, Chloe Downum and Carmenlita Benavidez. Great nephews Noah Robles and angel Reyes; great nieces Violet Zavala, Amaya Conde, and Joy Conde. Also, several other relatives.
Michael was preceded in death by his father Frank Marrufo.
Funeral services will be held at Basham funeral Care. Time and date are to be determined.
With great sadness, his life ended all too soon on Tuesday July 18, 2023, leaving his family with a loss that may never heal.
