Michael William Maynard of Bremen, Indiana passed away on February 20, 2025, at the age of 73 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He was born to William Ross Maynard and Lois Jean (Morgan) Maynard on October 2, 1951, in Stone Mountain, Georgia and was raised in Stone Mountain and in Anderson, Indiana. Michael was the beloved husband of Colleen (Bellairs) Maynard, whom he met at Silverleaf Renaissance Faire in Kalamazoo, Michigan and married on December 12, 1998, in South Bend, Indiana. Together, they built a life rooted in love, mutual respect, and unwavering devotion to their family.
Michael leaves behind a legacy of love and memories to be cherished by his family. His wife Colleen, his sons Kurt (Kim) Maynard and Daniel (Stephanie) Maynard carry forth his strength and wisdom. His life was further brightened by the joy of his grandchildren Jaclyn (Terrence) Flores, Kurtis (Bianca Vanessa) Maynard, Ava Maynard, Emma Maynard, and Lucky Maynard, and great-grandchildren Kamara Flores, Cameron Flores, Sophia Maynard, Freya Maynard, Barry Maynard, and Theo Maynard.
