Lily Ann "Kimmi" Maynard

Lily Ann "Kimmi" Maynard, age 14, of Bonner Springs, Kansas, unexpectedly went home to be with the lord on Monday, December 29th, 2025, while at her home. To celebrate her life, her family will be having a Memorial Gathering from 4 to 6 pm, Sunday, January 4th, 2026, at the Harrington Family Event Center, 218 Oak St., Bonner Springs, KS. (next door to the funeral home)

Lily was born on May 4, 2011, in Lawrence, Kansas. She grew up in the Bonner Springs area and attended Bonner Springs High School. Lily enjoyed art of all kinds, drew many sketches, loved to write stories and songs, was a beautiful singer, and was a huge animal lover.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Carol L. Dungans, and paternal grandparents, Elton & Dolie Maynard.

Survivors include her mother, Holly Dungans of the home; father, Dustin Maynard of Kansas City, KS; siblings: Kaylee Wall, Jesse Wall; and bonus sister, Madi McManness. Maternal grandfather Philip Dungans, uncle Jeremy Dungans, aunt Nichelle Fletcher, all of Linwood, KS., niece Ka-leah and nephew Jaxton, as well as several cousins, extended family, and friends. Lily was a bright shining star that touched the lives of so many people and definitely made her mark. She was loved and will be missed by so many.
