Michael H McCabe, Jr. 49, of Bayville, NJ died on Monday January 30, 2023 in Lacey Twsp., NJ. Michael was born in Bayonne, NJ and lived in Lawrence Harbor, NJ before moving to Bayville, NJ. He owned and operated Ocean County Master Plumbers in Bayville, NJ and recently worked for Tom Rostron HVAC in Wall Twsp., NJ. Michael was a member of the Pipefitters Local 274 in Parsippany, NJ, Knights of Columbus and former State Treasurer of the Knights of the Inferno MC. He was the Past President of Berkeley Soccer Assoc. and an EMT for the Bayville Squad 13.
Surviving are his parents Michael H McCabe Sr. and Ellen (Angermeyer) McCabe of Waretown, NJ; his children Haylee, Jake and Shaelin McCabe all of Pine Beach, NJ; his wife Kristen McCabe of Bayville, NJ; his sisters Jill Christensen and her husband Russell of Island Heights, NJ and Cindy McCabe of Maryland.
Family will receive friends for a Memorial Gathering on Wednesday February 8, 2023 from 5-7pm at the Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals 706 Rt. 9 Bayville, NJ. The Celebration of Life for Michael "Pitbull" McCabe will be held at North Centerville Volunteer Fire Company 372 Middle Rd. Hazlet, NJ 07730 on Saturday February 11, 2023 from 1-5pm. We will have food, beer, wine and soda available with live entertainment. Please come out to honor and share memories of our brother. Committal will be private.
