Surviving are two sisters, Peggy Simmons (Bob) of Jefferson, Pa. and Patty Martin (Ken) of Corry, Pa.; a step son, George Lewis of Clearwater, Fla.; two step daughters, Chris Lawson (Mike) and Audrey Lewis, both of Clarksville and several nieces and nephews.
There will be no public viewing or memorial service.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Clarksville Lions Club.
