Michael Murray Obituary

He was born to Ivan Ray and Bonnie (Adams) Murray in St. Louis. Michael was a cowboy all
the way through. He spent many hours riding horses and raising them. He had just received his 30-year Buckle at the Cross County Trail ride in Eminence, Missouri. He enjoyed a variety of things such as grilling for friends and family and then watching a good football game or a Western. He also helped his brother Steve by driving a tractor around his farm.
He was preceded in death by his father: Ivan Murray.
Mike is survived by his mother: Bonnie Murray of Rector, his children: Brandy (Steve) Cook
of Paragould and Michael Chase (Lauren) Murray, grandchildren: Garret, Ashlee, Breanna, Stephen, Sylar and Carson, great-grandchildren: Atticus, Beckett and AnnDee, his siblings: Steve (Tami) Murray of Rector, Kevin (Amber) Murray of Piggott, Chris Murray of Marmaduke, Donna (Jerry) Bates of McDougal and Gail (David) Miller of Corning along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Thursday, September 14, 2023 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Irby-
Mitchell Funeral Home in Rector. The service will begin at 2:00 p.m. Interment is at the
Woodland Heights Cemetery.
