Michael Charles Pedigo, a beloved brother, cousin, uncle, great-uncle, and friend passed away peacefully on January 14, 2025, at the age of 65 following an illness. He was born on May 26, 1959, in Little Rock, Arkansas and spent most of his life in the state. Michael graduated from Parkview High School in 1977 and went on to attend the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and Pulaski Technical College, earning an associate’s degree. He was a computer programmer developing code in the early days before the internet and worked in the banking industry.
As a youth and young man, he had a keen interest in technology and was very talented in mathematics. When Michael was a child, he would frequently, and to the consternation of the adults in the family, take things apart to see how they worked. He also loved board and card games and would spend hours playing with his family members. Michael was part of the Baptist Church community and was a devoted son. He was at his mother’s bedside almost daily supporting her during her final years of life. He is survived by his sister, brother-in-law, cousin, and aunt as well as his niece and nephew with their families. He will be greatly missed and remembered with love. A private family memorial service will be held.
