Michael Robert Pepper, 38, died Wednesday, January 15, 2025.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, February 9, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Grace Family Fellowship Church, officiated by Pastor David Bryan.
Michael, a native of Massachusetts, had been a resident of Greenville, North Carolina, for over 30 years. He was a graduate of North Pitt High School and received an Associate Degree in Electrical from Pitt Community College. He was employed with L Electrical Services for many years.
He was the youngest of four children; a handsome, fun, and loving father, son, brother, uncle, great-uncle, and friend. He was adored by his younger great-cousins, Allyssia & Stevie Nicole, whom he loved dearly. Michael truly was a bright star in all our lives and he will be missed by all who loved him.
Michael was preceded in death by his last living grandmother, Pat Fay of West Virginia.
He is survived by daughter, Mackenzie Pepper of Greenville; mother, Lisa Kivlehan Kramer and fiancé, Roger Anderson of
Franklin, West Virginia; father, James Lewis and wife, Alecia of Greenville; sisters, Nicole Pepper of Greenville, and
Jennifer Duffy and husband Billy of Chelsea, Massachusetts; brother, Warren Pepper and fiancé, Rachael Sites of
Petersburg, West Virginia; nieces, Meghan, Aaliyah, Madison, and Rheana; nephews, Nate and Niko; great-nephews, Alexander and Abel; great niece, Mei'lani; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who will miss him dearly.
WHEN I LOST YOU
I wish I could see you one more time,
Come walking through the door...
But I know that is impossible,
I will hear your voice no more.
I know you can feel my tears
and you don't want me to cry,
Yet my heart is broken because
I can't understand why someone
So precious had to die.
I pray that God will give me strength
And somehow get me through...
As I struggle with the heartache
That came when I lost you.
