Michael Kevin Pittman

Michael Kevin Pittman age 59, passed away Wednesday, December 25, 2024, at his residence in Bellefontaine, MS. Mike was born on September 19, 1965, in Eupora, MS to Robert Oris Pittman and Mary Laraine Fulgham Pittman. He was a graduate of Eupora High School in Eupora, MS, an avid deer hunter, pipeliner and member of Tomnolen Baptist Church in Eupora, MS. Mike is survived by his wife, Peggy McCarter Pittman, Mantee, MS; three daughters, Kristen (Rush) Valentine, Santa Rosa Beach, FL, Jennifer (Daniel) Scott, Mantee, MS and Emily (Jamie) Edwards, Cumberland, MS; two sons, Chance (Sydney) Pittman, Bellefontaine, MS and Matt Berry, Mantee, MS; one sister, Carol (Lee) Berryhill, Bellefontaine, MS; one brother, David (Lisa) Pittman, Bellefontaine, MS; six grandchildren, Mary Shelton, Charlie Carol, Kinley, Kalee, Kimber Jo and Matthew and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He is preceded in death by both his parents, Robert and Laraine Pittman. Funeral Services for Mike will be held at 2:00PM Sunday, December 29, 2024, at Oliver Funeral Home Chapel in Eupora, MS. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation on Sunday, December 29, 2024, at Oliver Funeral Home from 12Noon until time for services at 2:00PM. Interment will follow at North Union Cemetery in Bellefontaine, MS. The Graveside/Committal Services will be held at Oliver Funeral Home Chapel instead of North Union Cemetery. Rev. Willie Weddle will officiate. Pallbearers will be Phil Hendricks, Joe Salley, John David Mitchell, Joe Allen Mitchell, Tal Evans and David Middleton.
