Michael Grady Pitts

Michael Grady Pitts, 51, of Tifton Georgia passed away March 25th 2026 at Atrium Health Navicent The Medical Center.

Born August 19th 1974, in Tifton, Mr. Pitts was the son of Kathy Eason of Soperton Ga and Jim (Joycie) Pitts Jr of Ocilla Ga.

Mr. Pitts was survived by his son Jimmy Lee Norman, of Tifton; daughter Annaleah Pitts of Ocilla Ga; one sister Missy "Scott" Kling of Adel; five grandchildren, Khyler, Grayson, Scarlet, Victoria, and Haisleigh with one nephew Michael of Tifton and two nieces Lily, Laylah of Adel Ga.

In his younger years, Michael was known for his confidence and strong presence. He had a way of standing out and living life on his own terms. He was incredibly talented, developing an interest in playing the guitar at a young age and went on to learn and play multiple instruments. He also had a gift for drawing and spent over 30 years working in drywall, where he took great pride in his craft.

Michael had a generous heart and would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. He loved to make people laugh, and once he got you smiling, he would keep going just to hear that laughter continue.

He loved his children deeply, even if he didn't always know how to show it.

Those who knew him best understood the depth of his heart and the kind of person he was.

Michael will be remembered for his talent, His humor, And the lasting impression he left on all that knew and loved him.
