Michael Vincent Pletcher

Michael Pletcher, age 24, loving son and brother, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, August 21, 2024.
Michael was born in San Antonio, Texas, and later moved to Florida, where he graduated from Palmetto High School in 2019. Michael always had a passion for cooking and moved to Gaylord, Michigan, in March of 2024, to work at Treetops Resort. While living in Gaylord, Michael's passion for culinary grew to all new heights. He made many new friends while living in Gaylord and got to experience the outdoors more than ever before. Whether it was fishing with his friends, golfing with family, cooking for family, or feeding animals on the family farm, he always had a smile on his face. Michael had a huge heart and loved spending time with family.
Michael is survived by his loving mother and father, Bernadette Pletcher and Chuck Pletcher; his two brothers, Matthew (Sarah) Pletcher of Bradenton, Florida, and Nicholas (Paige) Pletcher of Killeen, Texas; and a niece, nephew, and many cousins.
A Celebration of Life will be held on August 25, 2024, at 1491 Coppins Road, Gaylord, Michigan at 2:00 p.m. Donations or flowers may be sent to the same address.
