I´m sending love hugs and deepest condolences to friends and family members to Mr. Plitt at this trying time. Mr. Plitt you were an outstanding principal at carver. The memories of you coming in the tea room to have lunch with so many other teachers. You loved carver vo tech and we also loved you as well. The class of 2003 thank you for being there for us. You always recognized me because I was dedicated to wearing pink everyday for the 4 years I was there. I enjoyed the conversation we had at our class 10 year reunion in 2013 and the homecoming 2014 you showed up and greeted all your former students including myself.

My principal from 1991-1995 at Carver high. Such a sweet, kind hearted man that always had a smile on his face. Definitely a caring principal that enjoyed talking to the students. Thank you for making my 4 years at carver pleasurable.

I will say life is so short you were my principle at Carver c/o 2004. You change my life and cared for people well-being and education for so many years. You fought for me to graduate when I was struggling to make it everyday, and you provided funded so many opportunities for young people to succeed at that high school such a great person. It will never be another like you and it really hurts me that I never followed up to just say thank you

Mr. Plitt was a teacher at Carver when I attended in 1979-1982. He was always caring and treated us like humans, not talking down to us. It stunned and saddened me to see this, but I´m glad it allowed me to leave a memory. Enjoy your well deserved rest, you went above and beyond for us. I THANK YOU!! Sending prayers and condolences to the family.

Mr. Plitt was the coolest, most caring Principal I have ever known. It was obvious that he wasn't in it for the paycheck. He really cares about his students. I was one of his students at Carver Vo-Tech from September of 1986 through June of 1990. He was an awesome educator and administrator. He cared about everyone and everything in that school. It saddened me today when I heard of Mr. Plitt's transitioning. They don't make'em like him anymore. These kids today could really use a Michael B. Plitt. Heaven has truly gained an angel. He will be truly missed.

Mr. Little was the principle at Carver Vocational Technical High School when I attended. He helped me when I need help the most. I was a student who had many struggles and school and Mr. Plitt knew who I was. I think he wanted me to successful at this thing called life more than I did. In my years of being grown I owe thanks to Mr. Plitt for not giving up on me and other student in the class of 02. I thank God that he was able to have the proper care and people around him to love on him in his last days. Rest easy Mr. Plitt it is well deserved

Mike and Dennis are embedded in my mind since our days at Gibbons. They were inseparable. They´re equally missed. Godspeed to the family.
