Michael Paul Printup

Michael Paul Printup, 60, formerly of Hamburg, New York and more formerly of Summerville, South Carolina, passed away on December 31, 2025. He was born January 27, 1965, in Buffalo, New York to the late Carole Printup and Celand Printup.

Michael was the devoted husband of Stephanie Stephens Printup with whom he shared 32 years of marriage. A proud son of Western NY and of Seneca Indian heritage, he carried that with him everywhere he went, never missing a chance to talk about his hometown of Hamburg, cheer on the Buffalo Bills, or enjoy auto racing of any kind. He was an avid outdoorsman and found great joy in hunting as a young man, shooting guns & fishing with his sons, and most of all enjoying beautiful outdoor scenery and wilderness. Michael never met a stranger. He could strike up a conversation with anyone and make friends wherever he went. He was truly the life of the party and the extrovert at every event. Michael worked as Chief Operating Officer for Parella Motorsports Holdings. Above all else, Michael loved his family who were the center of his life. He will be deeply missed by his loving wife, family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

He is survived by his loving wife, Stephanie, his children Brendan (Caitlin), and Matthew. His granddaughters Sophia and Vivienne, his close siblings Scott Printup (Lori), Brian Printup (April), and Dana Weise (Thomas), his aunt, Linda Timmons, his mother-in-law and father-in-law: Leonard and Louelia Stephens, his brothers-in-law, Rollo (Gail) Stephens and Trevor (Nicole) Stephens and many beloved nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by both his mother and father.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, from 2 p.m.
