Michael W. Ramey has left behind to cherish his memory: his mother, Susie Mullenix, sisters: Jill Ramey Newman and Denise Ramey; Nieces and nephews: Tosha Lee, Dustin Bennett, Braydon Bishop, Khloe Bennett and Jackson Bennett; and several other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who loved him dearly.
The family would like to offer special thanks to the doctors, nurses, staff and Chaplain in the ICU at Johnson City Medical Center for their kindness and care during this difficult time; and to our church family at Southside Freewill Baptist Church for your love and care.
The family respectfully requests the honor of your presence as we offer tribute and remember the life of Michael W. Ramey in a memorial service to be held at 6:00 pm on Friday, November 7, 2025, at Southside Freewill Baptist Church. Reverend Kevin Laws will officiate. A visitation period to share memories and offer support to the family will begin at 4:00 pm on Friday, November 7, 2025, and will continue until service time at Southside Freewill Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in Michael's name to Men of Valor (Knoxville), an organization that was near and dear to Michael's heart, at men-of-valor.org/donate
