Michael "Robby" Eugene Robinson (age 67) went to be with the Lord September 21, 2022 due to heart failure during a procedure in Harker Heights, Texas. He was born June 19, 1955 along with his twin sister in Beardstown, Illinois to Robert Eugene and Wilma Jane Robinson. He spent his childhood on Riverview Farms where he attended Astoria High School. When he graduated Michael enlisted in the Air Force and was a proud 18 year veteran. He was honorably discharged by the United States Air Force. "Robby" dedicated his latter years to helping fellow veterans get the benefits they deserved. He was the best dad and will be dearly missed.

Survivors include his wife Maria Robinson, his son Daniel Robinson (Emy), his daughters Sarah Robinson and Mayinis Sandoval, his grandsons Ross Robinson, Orion Robinson and Axel Robinson, his granddaughters Keirsten Robinson, Danica Robinson, Faith Robinson, Savannah Robinson and Gabriella Robinson, his sisters Marsha (Pat) Clements, Ann (Warren) Abbott and Cindy (Adam) McClintock. Not to mention his Aunts, Uncles and countless nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives that loved him.

A time of gathering and military rites will be held Saturday October 15, 2022 at the Vermont Cemetery, Vermont, Illinois at 11am. Pastor Greg Parker will officiate and military rites will be provided by the Astoria American Legion Post #25. A luncheon at the Browning Church of Christ will follow.
