Michael Leon Sanders was born May 17th, 1953, in Blanchard Oklahoma to Dorothy B. (Adams) Edwards and Willie Sanders. He married Peggy Smithey on June 22, 1973. To this union was born a son O.J. (Sanders) Rackler. Eventually they parted ways and he married Katherine Townley on August 13th, 1982 in Bartlesville OK. He worked on a dairy farm, as a long distance truck driver, and hauled hay when he was younger. He saved his money and bought his own truck when he was 9 years old. He worked on a pulling unit for Kelley Well Service and hauled feed for several years for Buck Wells. Sometimes he worked cattle, painted houses, and fixed lawn mowers on the side. He loved hunting, fishing, cooking, camping, and being outdoors as much as possible as well as passing on knowledge to the kids he met. He is survived by his wife Katherine Sanders of Pawhuska, His son O.J. Rackler and wife Kelly of Caribou Maine, grandsons; Jonah Rackler of Orrington Maine, and Kameron Rackler of Caribou Maine, granddaughter; Zoey Rackler and Partner Corrine Rogers of York Maine, Sister-in-law Paula Townley of Pawhuska. Brothers; Kenny Spears (Alice) of Barnsdall, Michael Brown Romines (Renee Douglas Georgia), Nieces; Cristy Fuller (Jared), Rebecca Souter (Sam), Hannah Crawford (Tyler), Elizabeth James (Justin), Jessica Spears, Nephews; Jony Deatherage (Stephanie), Drew Swan (Cassie), Will Swan (Cheyenne), Kenneth Spears Jr. (Sierra), and Perry Brown. As well as several Great nieces and nephews, cousins, and a few other people he considered family and friends along with close friend John Sayre (Gina) that he thought of like a son. Michael is Proceeded in death by Grandparents Emmett and Ollie Mae Adams, Parents Gorgon and Dorothy Edwards, Mother-in-law Beatrice Townley, Father-in-law Delbert Townley, Brother-in-law David Townley, and Nephew Gregory Brown
