Michael Frank Sharp

Michael Frank Sharp, passed away on Monday, January 22, 2024, at home after a long illness at the age of 63. Born on January 10, 1961, in Claremore, Oklahoma.
Michael was a beloved husband, dad, grandfather, and great grandfather. He will be greatly missed by his friends and family. Michael was known for his wonderful smile and giving nature, always willing to help others with whatever they needed. In addition to his love for his family, he loved fishing and listening to his bigfoot and dogman stories.
Michael is survived by his wife Gwenda Sharp of the home; his mother, Suzanne Sharp of Eucha, Oklahoma; His children, Michelle Kay Cummins and Justin Maples of Eucha, Oklahoma, Christian Opal and Bud Tanner of the home, and Franky Sharp and Stevi Kingfisher of Kansas, Oklahoma; his 5 sisters, Louise Creekkiller of Jay, Oklahoma, Sandra Sharp and Robert "Yoksey" Summerfield, Tracey and Jim Martin, Lavonnie Sharp and Jackson Tanner all of Eucha, Oklahoma, Gena and Heath Barnwell of Jay, Oklahoma and sister-in-law Mary Sharp of Strong City, Kansas; 10 grandchildren, Tyler, Ashton, Luke, Jaida, Rylee, Jayden, Charlie, Maddox, Zaedyn, and Kohen and 4 great-grandchildren, Kashton, Micah, Harlow-Anne, and Bella; Many nieces and nephews and all of his bonus children, extended family and friends.
Michael was proceeded in death by his father Stanley Sharp; brothers, Howard Sharp, Davy Sharp, Dola Ray Sharp, and Johnny Sharp; brothers in law, Willie Creekkiller and Tommy Armstrong; Uncle, George Wiley; his nieces, Lindsay Wiley and Cherisa Ann Summerfield.
Michael's Wake Service will be held at 6:00pm on Sunday, January 28, 2024, at the family's residence, Eucha, OK 74342, followed by Michael's family Visitation to greet friends until 8:00pm at the home.
Michael's Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held at 2:00pm, Monday, January 29, 2024, at Hillside Baptist Church, 6814 County Rd 373, Eucha, OK 74342 with pastor Jess Williams officiating. Followed by Michael's funeral procession to Hillside Cemetery, Eucha, OK.
Michael's Burial will be held at Hillside Cemetery, Eucha, OK 74342.
