Michael Sweedy Obituary
Jefferson Twp. - With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Michael A. Sweedy, on Saturday, August 21, 2021, at the age of 59.
Michael was born on August 26, 1961 in Dover, NJ to Leonard and Barbara Sweedy. He graduated from Morris Hills High School and found his passion in wood working creating memorable keepsakes for his family and close friends.
He loved his children and grandkids with all his heart. Many of his projects included building toy chests for them and various pieces of furniture.
Michael was a handyman, a 'jack of all trades' type of guy who loved the outdoors. He enjoyed to fish and hunt. When he didn't have a pole or bow in hand, you could just as easily find him outback working on his many projects to keep busy. Michael is survived by his father, Leonard, his mother, Barbara, his brother Lenny JR, his three children, Desiree, Amber, and Michael JR, and his two grandchildren Elena and Dalton.
