Cumberland, MD- Michael James Swickard, 68, of Cumberland, MD passed away on Thursday, May 8, 2025 at Complete Care at Dawnview.
Born October 2, 1956 in Cherry Hill, SC, Mr. Swickard was the son of the late Stuart Philip Swickard and Margaret Marie (Getz) Swickard.
A graduate of Mt. Savage High School, Mike was a United States Navy Veteran and retired from WCI. He attended Davis Memorial Church and was a great, loving husband and father and will be deeply missed.
Mike is survived by his wife: Bonnie Swickard; his sons: Joseph Rice, Jr. and wife Kelly; and Crispin Swickard; a grandson: Brenton; and his brothers: Stephen Swickard; Larry Swickard and wife Zoraida; and David Swickard; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Per his request, he will be cremated and services will be private.
Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A. is assisting the family.
