My beloved friend, words could never express how much I am going to miss you. It feels just like yesterday we were chatting up a storm catching up on everything. You never said you were not feeling well. The uncertainty of your long term prognosis was mentioned as it had been before but nothing gave me reason for alarm or concern. You would have told me if something had changed. The media mail box you sent me feels as if it arrived just yesterday. My heart is broken with the very thought I will never see or speak to you again. The shock, emptiness and sadness I feel will never go away. I just wish I could have told you "how wonderful life is while you're in the world" way before you were gone.
My deepest condolences to Michael's family. I cannot imagine how difficult this time is for you.

An incredibly dynamic and loyal friend. A de facto big brother. One of those guys who I could go long stretches without speaking to but 30 seconds into a call it was if nothing had changed. Michael, you´ll be missed by many but forgotten by nobody. Rest easy my friend.
