Michael Anthony Trovato

Michael Anthony Trovato, 39, of Liberty Boro, passed away Monday, February 3, 2025 at home. He was born October 23, 1985 in Pittsburgh and was the son of the late Daniel Salvatore and Michele Marie (Chiaverini) Trovato. Michael was the proprietor of the former Trovato Construction and had more recently worked for The Catholic Cemetery Association of Pittsburgh. Michael was known to many as a hard worker, and an excellent wood worker who made furniture that his family will cherish for years to come. He will be greatly missed. He is survived by his daughter, Alayna Polachko; sister, Karyn (Derrick) Pope; niece, Devyn Pope, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Sal and Leona Trovato and Mike and Martha Chiaverini. A Memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, February 9, 2025 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township.
