Michael Eugene "Mike" Truluck

Truluck - Michael "Mike" Eugene Truluck, age 57, of Jennings, Florida passed away on Friday, July 12, 2024, at his vacation residence. He was born in Macclenny, Florida on April 28, 1967, to Joyce Knabb and the late Marvin "Sam" Eugene Truluck. Mike was a resident of Suwannee County the majority of his life and recently relocated to Jennings, Florida. He loved being outdoors and thoroughly enjoyed working on his family land as a Farmer. Mike's enthusiasm for football began early in life, and his devotion to the game brought him much joy. He was a dedicated Dallas Cowboys fan, but his love extended to all football, and he could appreciate the strategy and athleticism at every level. Football season and Sunday games brought his family together to celebrate the Cowboys' victories and numerous conversations about their losses. Mike was a true treasure to his family and friends and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his father, Marvin "Sam" Truluck.
Mike is survived by his mother, Joyce Knabb Truluck of Macclenny, FL; his sister, Tammy Joyce Truluck of Macclenny, FL; aunts and uncles, Tommy & Diane Dorman of Macclenny, FL, George and Jeannie Knabb of Macclenny, FL, and Connie Knabb of Macclenny, FL; numerous cousins and extended family members and friends.
A Celebration of Mike's Life will be held on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at 11:00 am at V. Todd Ferreira Funeral Services Parlor with Mr. George Knabb and Mr. John Sands officiating. The family will receive friends on Wednesday an hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will follow at O'Brien Cemetery in O'Brien, Florida.
