Mr. Michael Ray Wallen, age 62 of Brookhaven Circle, Toccoa passed away Sunday, July 27, 2025 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
A son of Evon Bragg, he was born April 3, 1963 in Marion, Indiana, having lived a greater part of his life in Florida before moving to Georgia to be with his daughter and family. He was a skilled carpenter who also ran his own flooring business for over 20 years. He loved motorcycles and had a passion for muscle cars and almost any restoration project. He loved his family and always was happy to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.
Survivors include his mother, Evon Bragg of Marion, Indiana; daughters, Michelle Gosnell of Martin, Georgia, Chasity Pond of Stuart, Florida; grandchildren, Blake Pond, Harper Pond of Stuart, Florida, Justice and Zoey Gosnell of Martin, Georgia; sister, Tina Wallen of Jupiter, Florida; brother, Kyle Wallen of Jupiter, Florida. He was preceded in death by a brother, Marshal Wallen.
A gathering to celebrate his life will be held Friday, August 1, 2025, 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. at Junior's in Toccoa.
