Michele L. Elsenpeter, 54, of Glyndon, MN, passed away on Thursday, May 29, 2025, at her home, surrounded by family and under the care of Hospice.

Born on June 9, 1970, in Detroit Lakes, MN, Michele Lee Mahoney was the daughter of David Culp and Judy Simonson. She received her education in the Detroit Lakes area. On July 13, 1990, Michele married Bradley Elsenpeter in Sisseton, SD. The couple resided in the Fargo-Moorhead area for many years before relocating to Glyndon six years ago.

Michele held the position of district manager for several mobile home parks across multiple locations, including Dilworth, Grafton, ND, Glyndon, Rolla, ND, Wahpeton, ND, and Audubon, MN. She took pride in her work and helping tenants.

As a devoted mother, Michele cherished her role in the lives of her two daughters, Melanie and Tiffany. After becoming a grandmother, she found immense joy in spending time with her family and creating cherished memories, particularly during camping trips in the lakes area. Michele had a passion for travel and enjoyed visiting Colorado taking in the mountain views, waterfalls and fresh air.

Michele will be fondly remembered for her kindness and thoughtfulness, always generous with her time and ready to lend a supportive shoulder to family and friends in need. She spent endless years searching for her missing brother Kevin, which included flyers, billboards and even going on the news channels. Her spirit and love will continue to resonate in the lives of those she touched.
