Michele Kay Nessman

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing Michele Kay Nessman, a beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and dear friend to many. Michele was born on February 3, 1960, in Oklahoma City, OK, and her gentle spirit blessed this world until her peaceful passing on June 5, 2024.
Michele was a woman of simple tastes and great kindness. She found joy in the little things, whether it be going on walks, tending to her cherished cats and dogs, or admiring her collection of Precious Moments figurines. Her passion for books was evident to all who knew her, as she was rarely seen without a book in hand, escaping into the world of words and stories. Her fondness for Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh reflected her tender and nurturing personality. Michele enjoyed her career as a cafeteria manager for Sodexo at Coronado Heights Elementary, where her dedication made a lasting impact on students and colleagues alike.
She is survived by her son Jeff Nessman and his fiancée Rachel, daughter Kiera Nessman and her fiancé Tommy, as well as her precious grandchildren PaizLee, LoreLai, and Wynnie Nessman. Michele also leaves behind her devoted mother Mary Payne, her sister Lisa and husband Monte Anderson, and nieces Summer Disalvo and Erin Beaubien. Michele is preceded in death by her father, Charles Payne.
In the days to come, funeral services and ceremonies to honor Michele Nessman's life will be announced for friends and family to pay their respects. Michele will forever be remembered for her gentle spirit, unwavering love for her family, and the joy she found in life's simple pleasures. Though she may no longer walk among us, her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
