On February 24th a bright light moved from now in this world to next in the journey yet to come. Her name was Michelle Marie Helms. Full of love, energy, unbelievable talent, and never afraid of the next challenge. She has left a mark on our world that will be next to impossible to fill.
She was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan on December 4, 1976, and passed on February 24th, 2026.
She is survived by her sons, Gavyn, Bryce and Skylar Leavitt, brother Kevin Helms (Nicole), father Russell Helms, and stepfather Alexander Williams.
She leaves her partner and love of her life, James Vaillancourt and his joyous family and special friends who will miss her in innumerable ways.
She was predeceased by her mother, Mary McWilliams, her son Dylan Leavitt, brother Shawn Helms and a very special person, Avery Vaillancourt.
Her heavenly laugh will tinkle along with the birds songs and we will listen for it, never forgetting the sweet sound or the sweet, amazing person. Thank you God for the sharing of the special life.
