Michelle Lee Moore, devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on August 17, 2025, surrounded by family. Born in Utica, New York, on March 16, 1968, Michelle moved to Florida in the 1980's and married Kirk Moore in 1992. Together they shared 33 years of marriage and raised two sons, Nick and David.

Michelle's faith journey began when she accompanied Kirk to church, and over the years she became a pillar of her congregation. She greeted worshippers with a warm smile, managed the sound booth with quiet competence, and faithfully served as church treasurer. In the ladies' quilting group, she crafted countless quilts at home for nursing home residents, sharing God's love through every stitch.

As a banking professional, Michelle earned several awards for her dedication and excellence. Though a traumatic event later forced her to step away from that career, she redirected her generous spirit toward nurturing others in her community.

A passionate home chef, Michelle honed her skills by watching cooking shows and perfecting family recipes. Her signature chili won first place in Gruman's chili contest. She lovingly prepared meals for friends recovering from illness-especially Ron after his bypass surgery-and for neighbors Dick and Mary during their health challenges.

Holiday celebrations sparkled under Michelle's guidance. Each Christmas, she led her grandchildren-Oaklyn, McKenzie, Liam, and Sophia-in decorating cookies and gingerbread houses, outfitting them in personalized aprons and delighting in every sugar-covered smile.

When her sister Patti fell gravely ill, Michelle opened her home and her heart, caring for her until full recovery. She also cheered passionately for the Buffalo Bills, uniting family and friends around the television on game days.

An avid cat lover, Michelle rescued a stray who soon joined her feline family. Today, Randy, Smokey, and Oliver remain in her home, each having made the journey from the Carolinas thanks to Kirk's devoted efforts.

Michelle was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Kirk; sons Nick (Alyssa) and David (Mia) and stepdaughter Amanda Litke; grandchildren Oaklyn, McKenzie, Liam, and Sophia; sister Patty Crowl; brother Ronnie Feeney; nephew Justin Crowl.

Soft-spoken yet resolute, Michelle shared kindness, patience, and quiet grace with everyone she met. She will be deeply missed, but her love and legacy live on in the countless lives she touched.
