He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Polly Harrill and son, Clifford Harrill of Madisonville. He cherished his grandkids who called him Papaw; Abigail (Aaron) Medina & John Tyler Harrill of Vonore, his brother, Cliff (Connie) Harrill, sister, Trudy Hartley, sister-in-law, Dede Harrill of Madisonville, Niece, Dina (Danny) Long, nephew, Thomas (Rebecca) Harrill of Madisonville, many other brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, great nephews and great nieces in Tennessee and Virginia. His beloved pup Jack, grand pups Kane and Koba. There will be no formal services per Micky's wishes.
