Miguel Angel Ramirez Sr., affectionately known as Ito, departed this life surrounded by his family, leaving behind a legacy of devotion, laughter, and warmth.
Ito was preceded in death by his beloved grandparents, Angel Perez and Aracelia Lopez, who helped shape the values of family and love he carried throughout his life.
He is survived by his parents, Bienvenido Ramirez Sr. and Arlina Perez Lopez, who continue to carry his memory with love.
Ito is also survived by his cherished wife of 49 years, Juana “Annie” Ramirez, with whom he built a life filled with love, resilience, and joy. Together they raised two children, Ana Ivette Faisca and Mike Ramirez, who were his pride and joy. He also welcomed into his heart his daughter-in-law, Tranise Jackson-Ramirez. Ito was a proud grandfather to Makaela Faisca, Oli Faisca, and Aamir Ramirez, who brought him endless happiness and laughter.
He will be deeply missed by his siblings: Arlina Delgado, Pascual Ramirez, Bienvenido Ramirez, Jr. and Luis Ramirez.
Known for his incredible passion for life, Ito was a man of many talents. He had a gift for cooking and loved entertaining guests, bringing people together through good food, music, and laughter. His skills as a salsa dancer were unmatched with that signature hop, filling every room with energy and joy. Professionally, Ito dedicated his career to furniture refurbishing, where his hands transformed the ordinary into the extraordinary.
To know Ito was to love him. He will be remembered for his generosity, his laughter, his gorgeous bright silver hair, his salsa moves, devotion to his family, and the way he could light up a room with his presence.
Ito’s memory will live on in the hearts of his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
