Mildred Keith Harmon, 101 ½, of Westminster, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday, August 28, 2025 at The Terraces at Westminster.

Born January 2, 1924 in Newark, NJ she was the daughter of the late Anson Ray and Maude Litha (Sliger) Keith. She was the wife of the late John Edward Harmon, her loving husband of 56 years, who predeceased her November, 2002.

Mildred was an employee for the Carroll County Board of Education, until her retirement. She was a life member of Stone Chapel United Methodist Church, where she was a pillar within her church community.

Surviving her are children C. Sue Blizzard, Cynthia Miller, Pam Harmon, Greg Harmon; sons-in-law David Hardman, Mark Miller, Jay Hoffman; daughter-in-law Carole Harmon; grandchildren James Blizzard (Abbey), Adam Miller (Sarah), Rachel Walker (Scott), Kyle Wilson (Betsy), Kristi Wilson, Sarah and William Harmon; 8 step-grandchildren; great-grandchildren Brian Blizzard (Lisa), Brett Blizzard (Rachel), Brooke Hahn (Brady), Tanner Lease, Jace Lease, Jonathan Miller, Cameron and Tyler Wilson; great-great-grandchildren Clark and Evelyn Blizzard, Hazel and Theo Blizzard, Carter and Mason Hahn.

In addition to her husband and parents, Mildred was predeceased by grandsons Jason Blizzard, Mark Harmon; stepson John M. Harmon; and stepdaughter Barbara Ensor.

The family will welcome friends on Saturday, September 6, 2025 from 2 to 4pm at Pritts Funeral Home & Chapel, 412 Washington Rd., Westminster. Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, September 7th at 12:30pm at Stone Chapel United Methodist Church, 1448 Stone Chapel Rd., Westminster, with a visitation beginning at 11:30am. Interment will be in the church cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Stone Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund, 1815 Old Westminster Rd., Westminster Md 21157.
