Mildred Phillips Obituary
Born in Atlanta, Mrs. Phillips lived in Cobb County for most of her life. She retired from the Cobb County School System as a Dietician after 40 years of employment. She was a devout Christian, and was a loving wife, mother, sister, and aunt. She was kind, generous, and devoted to her family and God. Mrs. Phillips was preceded in death by her parents, Winnie Mae and Thomas Leroy Williams, her husband, Nathan Phillips, Sr., a son, Christopher Phillips, and brothers, Ronald Williams and Norman "Doodler" Williams.
Survivors include: Son, Nathan Phillips, Jr., Mableton, GA; Siblings, Brenda Ellis, Marietta, GA, Diane Brown, Villa Rica, GA, and Billy Williams, Sr., Lithia Springs, GA; Many Nieces and Nephews.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta, Georgia.
