Sending love and thoughts to Mildford's family and especially Yvetta who was always so incredibly kind during our shared time in Cripple Creek. My heart goes to you in this time of loss. Milford knocked me out fairly in the battle for Mayor and while we had our disagreements from time to time during the two years we served together, in truth we accomplished a lot of meaningful goals and built momentum together that I know he was proud of -and should be. We stood shoulder to shoulder during the difficulty of the pandemic which he handled with even-keeled, rational, and dutiful leadership. I learned a heck of a lot in our time together and we parted with respect and kindness. I always appreciated that. Rest in peace, Milford, you're home now.
