Milton Harper Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Kramer Family Funeral & Cremation Center on Mar. 5, 2026.
Milton "Lee" Harper born 09/07/1944 in Norfolk VA passed away in Salt Lake City 02/17/2026 after a long illness.

Lee was a quiet friendly man, his friendships were for life. One cherished friendship was to the love of his life, Patricia. Lee and Patti were married July 14, 2010.

Lee loved his family, camping, fishing, watching TV, Lee just wanted to be together. Lee excelled in his favorite hobby and relaxing activity, working on cars. A self proclaimed backyard or carport mechanic. He was first to help a neighbor, family and friends in time of need, without a complaint. Lee was a proud provider, he worked hard and sacrificed much to make sure his family was safe. His smile lit up a room.

Lee was met on the other side by his beloved Mother, Father, Brother, much missed youngest Son and Grandson. As well as his Mother and Father In Law and Brother in Law.

Lee will be deeply missed by his beloved wife Patti, Sons, Nathaniel, JJ, Fred, Nicholas and Anthony - whom he cared for and shared a special bond. Daughters, Tricia (Mitchell), Sarah, adorable Granddaughter Celis. Many grands and greats will miss his sweet smile in their lives.

We are grateful to Lee, Sister in laws, Lisa (Dean), Laura (Michael) and Dionne (Jim) and many nieces and nephews, for loving Patti and taking care of her and his family. We are happy you are at rest.

There will be no services at this time. A life celebration will be held this summer.

The family is accepting donations for burial and medical costs. These can be sent directly to the mortuary or through Lee Harper GoFundme.
