Mina Zoe Craig Abdo, passed away peacefully on June 16, 2024, at the age of 82 in San Antonio, Texas.
Born on September 18, 1941, in Gulfport, Mississippi, Mina lived a life rich in love, laughter, and family.
Her radiant spirit and endearing sense of humor left an indelible mark on all who were fortunate enough
to cross her path.
Mina is preceded in death by her Father, Quincy Craig; Mother, Celeste Craig; Sister, Lynette Velasco,
and Brother, Bo Craig.
She is survived by her children, daughter, Sandra De La Garza; daughter, Cynthia Whatley; daughter,
Darlene Villarreal and husband, Hector Villarreal; son, Gabriel Abdo and wife, Michelle Abdo. And
Daughter, Dawn Sport Abdo.
Grandchildren, Charity Mathis and husband Michael Mathis: Priscilla Whatley; James Whatley; Amber
Goulden and husband, Hunter Goulden; Bianca Villarreal; Shane Abdo; Jordan Abdo, and Lauren Sport,
Great-grandchildren, Connor, Abby, Emma, Ciera, Alexis, Josiah, Meava, Emery, Lorenzo, and the
memory of Kendall and Kayleigh. Great-great-grandchildren, Ezekiel, Amiliana and Thiago.
Those who knew Mina were touched by her loving nature, her friendly demeanor, and her ability to find
humor in the everyday. She was loved and will be dearly missed by those who knew her.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, July 5, 2024 at 6:00PM at the Voigt Center, 700 El Portal,
Hollywood Park, TX 78232. A reception will immediately follow in the same location.
