Mindy Jo Hutchinson, age 46 of Aztec, NM passed away Saturday August 17, 2024. She was born on August 22, 1976 in Hays, Kansas to Nolen Wayne Hutchinson and Patricia Elaine Gallegos. Mindy enjoyed Sunday dinners with her family, along with fishing, camping, collecting nic-naks, chile rellenos, ice cream, scary movies and yard sales. Her favorite holidays were Halloween and Christmas.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Maricela Ojeda and her grandparents Ethel Gallegos and Octaviano Gallegos. Surviving are her children; Angela Hutchinson, Marisol Mares, Rico Salazar, Isaac Mares and Gabriel Mares. Her parents Patricia Elaine Gallegos and Nolen Wayne Hutchinson. Sisters Melissa Hutchinson and Veronica Gallegos. Brother Gabriel Hutchinson. She was a devoted mother, wife, daughter and friend.
A memorial service is planned and will be held at a later date.
