Born in Vietnam, he proudly served in the Vietnamese Navy before immigrating to the United States, where he built a life centered around hard work, family, and his many interests.
A talented chef, Minh shared his love for food through his work at several restaurants, including Blue Hawaii, Koi Sushi and Hibachi, and as the chef and owner of both Loon Foon Chinese Restaurant and Fortune Garden Chinese Restaurant. His dedication to his craft brought joy to many who dined at his establishments.

He also had a knack for repairing things around the house, whether it was fixing appliances, tackling home improvements, or helping family and friends with their repair needs.
