Robert Flanagan Obituary
Bob was the owner of the Pizza Chef Inn on Independence Blvd in Virginia Beach from 1974-1991. Prior to his retirement in 2009, he worked in the trucking industry. A member of the "Ole Gang" since high school which included fishing trips with "tales", card games, lots of laughs and lifelong friendships.
Bob was predeceased by his son Ryan and by his brother, W.M. Flanagan, Jr. He is survived by his wife, Pam, and son Wesley (Nancy), brother Gary (Kathy), sister-in-law Marie, daughter-in-law Melissa grandchildren, Jonathan, Grace, Riley, Sophia and a host of other family members.
A gathering of friends and family will be at Altmeyer Funeral Home, 5033 Rouse Drive Virginia Beach on Wednesday, Sept 3, 2025, at 2pm. Condolences may be left for the family at www.altmeyerfh.com.
