Miranda Navarre, 52, of Grayson, KY passed away Thursday, May 25, 2023, at King's Daughters Medical Center due to unexpected medical complications. Miranda was born October 23, 1970 in Charleston, WV; a daughter of Murry McDavid and the late Wilma Jean Messer McDavid.
In addition to her mother, she was welcomed home by many loved ones, especially her twin babies.
Miranda was of the Freewill Baptist Faith and had been attending Lake Road Freewill Baptist Church. She was a homemaker, where she enjoyed cooking, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Navarre; two sons that was her world, Nathan Andrew (Caitlin) Navarre of Ashland, KY, and Ethan Michael Navarre at home; two sister, Natasha Heaberlin of Grayson, KY, and Chassa McDavid of Indiana; a brother, Brandon (Erica) McDavid of Grayson, KY; three nephews, Aaron Heaberlin, Alex (Tiffany) Heaberlin, and Blake Navarre; four nieces, Ashlee Heaberlin, Alyssa and MaKenna Navarre, and Ashley Navarre; three very special friends that was like family, Carolyn Bailey, Miranda Villasenor, and Nicole Flaugher. She will be missed by a host of family and friends, but especially by her babies that held a special place in her heart, Sophia, John Wayne, Peyton, Layla, Addie, Isabel, and Devin.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at Sparks Funeral Home in Grayson, KY, Grant Sammons and Shawn Whitt, ministers. Burial will follow in Rogers-Messer Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Alex Heaberlin, Aaron Heaberlin, Nathan Navarre, Mark Navarre, Casey Miller, David Bailey, Ethan Navarre, and Butch Flaugher. Honorary pallbearers will be Devin Villasenor, Matt Navarre, Blake Navarre and John Wayne Flaugher.
Visitation will be Tuesday, May 30, 2023 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Sparks Funeral Home.
