Miriam Florence Budde (nee Rau), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Saturday, January 11, 2025 at the age of 98. Beloved wife of 60+ years to the late Alfred Budde; cherished daughter of the late Oscar Rau and Clara Plackemeier; devoted mother of Dennis J. (Judy) Budde, Joanne J. (James) Rapp, Richard J. (Deborah) Budde and Ellen J. (John) Baucom; loving grandmother of Jessica, Jason, Derek, Jaclyn, Amber, T.J., Mark, Tyler, Alyssa, Jenna, Jared, and the late Joel; treasured great-grandmother of Zachary, Naomi, Aliza, Izaiah, Lexi, Connor, Austin, Gabrielle, Charles, Zachary and Evelyn; dear sister of the late Clarice Schuttenberg.
Mrs. Budde was a bookkeeper at St. Charles Dairy and then at Budde Bros. Service Station until retirement. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, The Lydia Society – counting group and American Legion Auxiliary Post 312. Also Monday Morning Bible Class and Naomi Widows.
Memorials may be made in Miriam's name to Immanuel Lutheran and KFUO Radio.
